wow, it has been a long time since I blogged anything. I guess I am just not that good at keeping up and posting about the bits and pieces of my life.  I am not sure anyone reads it anyway so it doesn't really matter but here are a few thoughts this cloudy, warm day in April.
1.  How are you at abiding in Christ?  are you enjoying the fellowship with Jesus as He lives His Life through you or are you so busy that you just haven't taken the time to really visit with Him?
2. If you are that busy you just might want to look at your priorities and ask Jesus what you should stop doing so you can set at His feet and listen to His words to you. Don't be afraid to just let go of things that eat at your time, God has your best on His mind.
Spring brings renewal, flowers, new leaves on the trees, life being renewed with each step of faith. It is hard to let go and be renewed but the benefit is more fruit that Jesus will produce in you, something that you cannot do on your own. John 15:4. So look for ways to that God will amaze you, then smile, laugh, and enjoy for He loves to see His children enjoying what He gives. Don't forget to say Thank You and give Him the Glory.

You know that spring has come when the flowers start to bloom.  You know when summer has come when they start to fade.  Each day brings a new beginning, lets start the day by Praising God for His abundant love in waking us up and sharing His plans for the day with us through His Word.  It is hard to praise and grumble at the same time.

On that eventful day in 1964  words could not express the way I felt. You were a dream come true.  On this  day we wouldn't even think about the years ahead of us as we really only lived one day at a time and sometimes we wondered where that was going to lead us.  It has been fun, sad, joyful and a never ending journey to where we are today.  But one thing  has never changed and that is how much I love you!  You gave up yourself for me and our family, always looking for ways to better out lives and to give God the praise and glory. We are now getting to celebrate 49 years of marriage and it just seems as if we just begun.  Happy Anniversary, I celebrate you and love you deeply.
